Today we went over to St. Cloud to visit Corey's grandpa in the hospital. He is in for heart failure, and is scheduled for open heart surgery on Wednesday (they have to wait for the Plavix to wear off before the surgery.) Corey and I have been together for 11 years, so his grandpa is like a grandpa to me as well. It is hard to see him sitting there in a hospital bed, looking small and frail. Hospitals are hard for me in general, it reminds me too much of Brian's time in the hospital. 

We are going to head back on Wednesday after the surgery to visit again. 

On the way out of the hospital, the boys decided it would be fun to have grandpa and daddy swing them. So above is one of the cute shots I was able to get of them.

Then we spend a 1/2 hour looking at trains in the train yard and headed home. Ready for another week? MEA is coming!
