Top Ten Thursday

Well, I believe I can move on from my last post, happy as I was. Sometimes you get in that bad place, don’t you? I was in a bad place when typing that, so today I am going to list the Top Ten Things that Make Me Happy!

10. Buying a cute handbag, shopping for a new handbag, looking at others handbags…

9. Stretching out in my bed in the morning, all warm and snuggly

8. The smell of the mall

7. Peanut butter

6. Running

5. Shopping, hey, I even love grocery shopping!

4. Peanut butter

3. Connecting with all of you and having met all of you through your and my blogs. You bring me happiness with your kindness, friendly words and funny stories.

2. My husband, who loves me no matter what

1. My boys. They are the main source of joy in my life. (fine, anger at times as well!)

Great list...all except the peanut butter!

I can't even get past the smell of that stuff without getting dry heaves....nice mental picture huh?

I'm always reading this blog or some blog instead of cooking! On my list of top ten things are women who aren't afraid to be honest and are willing to put themselves out there - even when it's not all sugar and roses. (go you!) :) I also love peanut butter...with chocolate or Oreos.

Going to the grocery store makes me happy too. I love that place.

What does a mall smell like?

I love that you put Peanut butter on there twice (although I expected to see running on there more than once too)!!

Peanut butter!! A while ago there wasn't going to be any peanut butter eating for two weeks. How'd that work out?

Glad you're feeling better after that last post. Whew! Gotta get things off our chests, don't we. Doesn't it feel good!?!

I like to shop, too! Love me some Target! Especially when I get off early every Friday and the kids are still at daycare! Oops...does that make me a bad mommy?

How about the ultimate morning....stretching all snuggly in your bed, your boys and husband serve you breakfast in bed along with a brand new handbag filled with peanut butter goodies...then passes you the laptop so you can visit with all your friends.

The mall does have a certain smell doesn't it. I never thought about it before, but you're right.

Great list. I guess shopping is fun even if you are buying food. Have a great day.

Hello! Speaking of peanut butter . . . Someone told me the other day that they grab a flour tortilla, heat it up, spread peanut butter and jelly inside of it and then, well . . . You devour it! I haven't had it yet, but I thought I would pass it along. Cheers friend! :)

I hope that you are feeling better. Your list makes me wanna curl up in my bed instead of going to t-ball! Yawn.

What a wonderful post.
I also love buying handbags. I say the more the merrier. I can't agree with you about shopping. I hate to go grocery shopping.
Have a great day!

The mall? It smells like leather and sweaty teenagers. :) I'd have to say chocolate, not PB. And my hubby should come before my kids, but.......

I'll take you up on that sub job any day! (Just move to TX, ok?)

My top ten??? Goodness, it'd have to be something like this:

1. Jesus
2. my kids
3. my church family
4. my job (even if I hate it)
5. a car that runs
6. my health
7. my teeth
8. good vision
9. my kids
10. my family

Notice what's missing? Uh huh. I thought so!

Have you tried peanut butter oat chocolate chip cookies? You must. Just follow the oatmeal choc chip recipe and use PB instead of buttah.

I also love grocery shopping because it deals with another one of my fave things: FOOD!
